Description
This was the second picture I did of a classic GPO telephone box (the first being the winter telephone box). I wanted a picture to make a pair with the earlier painting, and I decided to explore the theme of the seasons and to do a telephone box in the Spring. I managed to find this one, with the brilliant yellow daffodils making a startling contrast with the rich red of the telephone box.
